Upper Deck Entertainment (UDE) introduces the Magtheridon's Lair ™ Raid Deck, available at retailers throughout North America on Tuesday, January 8, 2008.


Continuing UDE's celebrated line of limited-edition World of Warcraft ® TCG Raid Decks, Magtheridon's Lair™ offers completely new multiplayer gameplay. This all-new Raid Deck features 110 cards and 2 oversize hero cards, plus a 10-card treasure pack. Included in this unique treasure pack is the opportunity to find legendary Loot™ cards.


In the Magtheridon's Lair™ Raid Deck, multiple players form a raiding party to defeat the ultra-powerful Magtheridon and his minions. One player takes on the role of the vicious pit lord and guards Hellfire Citadel against puny mortals! The victor in this epic struggle wins the chance to crack open the enclosed treasure pack and reap rewards not found anywhere else.


This Raid Deck expansion set requires players to build their raiding parties using cards from the World of Warcraft® TCG. The currently released sets are Heroes of Azeroth™, Through the Dark Portal ™, Fires of Outland™ and March of the Legion™. With these cards, players can compete to win amazing prizes in a robust World of Warcraft® TCG Organized Play program that includes local, Regional, and National championships, plus special events such as Darkmoon Faires.
