XU wont launch WoW : World of Warcraft General Discussions

I have no idea whats going on here. If I launch WoW from the XU client, or if I launch WoW while XU is running, it appears to start WoW (black screen, like DX is initializing or something) and then the WoW process just terminates (I think). The black screen which I think is WoW trying to start just goes bye bye. If I terminate XU and launch WoW, it works just fine. Here is a copy of XU's log.

Uncheck the tcpip packet sniffer, it doesnt work with WOW.
