Not sure if this has already been posted, but ill say it anyway: All you have to do is click on Pick Lock, and lock pick anything in your inventory, it should level your lock picking. i figure its just a temp glitch, so use it while you can.

YOU CAN ONLY LOCKPICK EACH ITEM ONCE every certain amount of time
e.g lockpick hearth stone only gives skill every 4 minutes maybe? so lockpick different items

you can lock pick an item once, then switch to a new item, then back to the item you first did and you will still get the skill.
example: lock pick hearth stone, then lock pick boar meat, then lock pick the stone again, and you should get 3 skills off of them
|

/yay went from 100 - 250 off everything in my backpack, just went 1 by 1, and when i got to the last item started on the first item.. Doesnt matter what item it is, it will give you a point.
