I don't know if this works or not, or if has been already posted or not, some friend told me.. since I never played horde above lvl 30 I didnt bother to confirm.. but, anyway

It seems to be way to buy some recipes from that ghost guy close to scholomance without completing the chained quests (butcher and such)

there is a vodoo in Sen'Jin Viillage who casts a spell called "strange brew" on you free of charge which lasts for 5 minutes and lets you see ghosts
this way u can get to be summoned to the guy and talk to him

this is horde only, dont think alliance has any quest in Sen'Jin Village :)

I'd like to confirm that this works. To get the buff, you have to do a quest for the witch doctor's master first (the quest involves killing some trolls and getting this one guys head, it was very easy for a level 60, one shot kills). Then the witch doctor will interact with you. Keep picking an option until he does the effect that makes you drunk and is called something like strange brew, it is the only effect that lasts 5 minutes, so that's how you know you have the right one. It seems that the effect the doctor does is random, regardless of which choice you make. Then you need your warlock and friends to summon you. I tried setting my heart to brill and running there but it wasn't quite enough time (this is with epic mount + carrot on a stick + riding speed enchant + spurs, still wasn't quite enough time - very close off by maybe 15 - 30 seconds, maybe with luck I could have done it, the drunk effect that you get when you get the special brew effect slows you down slightly by making you weave). Hope this helps everyone!

This was tonight, 12/28/05.

epic mount run from bril, UC, and LH are not quick enough... you need to be summoned.

Just put your heartstone at Tarren Mill and run (with mount) from there, that's what i did,
without epic mount, and i had about 1-2 min left before the spell disapeared.
= no need for summoning.

I've never done this before but I'm pretty sure it's nurfed.

You don't know how pissed off I was. I got lazy and didn't want to do it untill I got to 40. I dinged 40 shortly after 1.9 came out. I tried it, and the buff noe wears off when you zone.

1)The buff dissappears when you hearth
2)Even though you can make it there with the effect still on you, you can't see him.

I'm 99% sure I was doing it right.
