Just because someone has been a member for awhile doesnt mean they get to be a mod. Being a member for 3 years means you should have ALOT of posts. Having that few shows that you arent committed as much or are too busy to be as active as we would need you to be. Its nothing against you at all just we want people that like to post because thats whats needed in a mod
