If you have 64bit system then you must do this step:
In the middle of the Cheat Engine window there is a section called "Memory Scan Options", in this select "All". Now you should be able to find more values.

Skill usage speed
If you take all of your equiptment off but have a sword on and have no buffs.
The value of your attack speed = whatever it says, ie.
Atk speed 1.5 = 1500

Dont be stupid and use this in public, if you do use hide(assasin invisable skill)

More experenced users who want to find out offsets if "Find out what accesses this address" or "Find out what writes to this addres" crashes aion, follow this step.
Aion crashes when you try to "Find out what accesses this address" or "Find out what writes to this addres", which means you cant search for an offset, to stop aion from crashing go to
settings(top right of CE window) > Extra, tick the "Use kernelmode debugger options when possable"(just press ok for everything) and you should be able to "Find out what accesses this address" or "Find out what writes to this addres".

This no longer works, plus it's only for windows XP since in Windows 7, whenever you open CE, and you have Aion Client on the background, CE freezes up and there's no way to unfreeze it, so you gotta close CE.

Searching for values became impossible after the 1.9.x.x Patch.

Well i think its impossible with the most current patch using cheat engine but there has to be other ways. People are still updating private servers and bots.

that's sucks, I got this hack and work, but when I teleport the other map you must scan again with your CE lol

Being a person who has tried most of AION bugs/cheats/exploits this one doesnt work.

Now you gotta use lua scripts to do pretty much anything with cool downs and stuff.

I've been doing some undercover work at other sites.

I would say nerf but sometimes not in all cases this can still be used in private servers.

It didn't work for me on the official NA server.
