Orc starting place is probably the best because every thing is in a pretty enclosed area. You can get to level 8 really fast just by killing mobs for quests and turning them in. It'd probably take 30 mins or so for 8 dependent upon which class you are and how crowded the noob zone is. After 8 you can run to Sen'jin and pick up a few of the easier quests to hit 10.

dont go with Orc, that whole quest were you have to go through the cave is well just a mess trying to explain it i say go with Human warrior or rouge... im sure a mage would be fine to, the human starting zone has a good clump of quests togather and then you just travel down the road to your next stop, Id say gnome/dwarf area is my least favorit and im not a big horde player so i dont recamend those.

1-10? eh, 1-30 two thumbs up, drop the 1-10, go with the 1-30, 1-10 isn't hard for the beginner, 1-30 is difficult for some, even tho we could use the 1-10, but still, you'll get more views with a quick 1-30 guide, just my 2 cents

I agree with WowHomer, you would probably be better off with writing a 1-30 guide. Not to say that a 1-10 wouldn't be useful or appreciated, but I think 1-30 might draw alot more attention.

i made a Orc Rogue and leveld him with a friend (orc warlock) to 8 in 50 min ~ not that hard i think i ould made from level 1-10 in an hour if i tryed

thats pretty fast lol! but how about this... you know that darkmoon fair that comes on? that big three headed dog oden or something, apparently if you kill him then you will get 1-10 instantly... if lyou had alot of good 60's it would take less then an hour

Getting to 10 in 1 hours is an impossiblity even with 100% help from friends.

1-10 is hard because
You don't have many skills
You can't just grind it out and get a good time
Memorization of Quests is a good thing to have, and writeing a guide is a good thing as well.

I got to 13 in 1 hour 10 mins with my mage so its not impossible just takes work.

I would think either a warrior or a paladin is the best to grind from 1-10. We have all heard of Joana, and I, was faster to grind than she was in the first 10 levels.
IMO I'm not that fast of a grinder

These two classes would be the best, because, if you kill the right mobs, have little or no downtime between the mobs.

well i dunno how you do it but i did it the same way Joana but its not impossible to get to 10 in an hour i can get to 6 in 30 mins so i can get to 10 in an 1 hour

not neccesarily, your XP bar gets higher and higher with each level say

lvl 1 1000xp
lvl 2 1500xp
lvl 3 2500xp
lvl 4 4000xp
lvl 5 7000xp
lvl 6 12000xp
lvl 7 18000xp
lvl 8 30000xp
lvl 9 45000xp
lvl 10 70000xp
I know its not like that, but you get what im saying, so for you if it took you 30mins to get to lvl 6 it will probably take you 1hour 15-20 mins to get to lvl 10

ok ill prove it to you guys ill get a guy to 10 in an hour or less since its the weekend ill have more time to prove to you guys, ill take a screen shot and everything and one for every level if you want.
