Instance guides...!!! : World of Warcraft General Discussions

something that would really be nice to start up (and a nice way for some regulars to score premium) is to start posting IN DEPTH guides for instances. and i dont mean instances in general, each specific instances.

The idea would be aim your guide towards someone whos never even been to the instance before but is not an idiot. For example lets say i have a priest who just hit 56 and i get my first invite to Scholo...

whats a scholo? whats the story behind it? how do i get there? is there more than 1 entrance? what should i bring with me? will i be needing to shackle undead? what items can i expect from the bosses? is it worth my time? what quests should i make sure i have before going and what are some quick tips to making sure i dont miss the important ones? are there any suprises from bosses that i should know, such as AoE silence, charm, etc?

and the list goes on and on... i wanna challenge everyone to pick your favorite and most played instace that you think you know everything about and come up with a sweet guide for it. keep it organized, split it into sections, give links to good resources outside of this site, whatever you can to make it nice. hopefully we will get one thats perfectly laid out and we can designate it the "Model" for making an instance guide.

well i heard about it but i figured it would be too much to do complete guides, way too much that can be added to an instance guide... cant wait to see how you guys do it

We Are planning to do it in seprate sections: Low LvL, Mid LvL, and High LvL Instances.
