Ok, my hunter is level 40...and I know how to do the levels 50-60 pretty fast but i always have trouble with levels 40-50 with all of my classes (just seems like it takes a long time)
Could anyone help me out with a guide of where I should go to level (quest and grind)?
And, if you have one, a Talent guide for hunters...I'm pretty sure i want to be in Marksman by now but unless someone highly suggests something else

Sad to say that you might have to level in Tanaris but that's where I leveled 40-48 and then I just ran ZF and Princess runs and stuff. But really I did it when the !@#$%^&* build was out for hunters so with the new build it's best to go Beast Mastery for grinding because it makes your pet more of a tank than a dps assistant. I used a wolf and Cat from time to time but a cat with natural defense and growl all the way up should tank without a problem. but In beast mastery it changes your pet into more dps and it also provides awesome dps even if you as a hunter have bad gear. just use serpent sting and auto shoot and use the occasional arcane shot and stuff
You are really truely and seriously better off with a beast spec build because your pet is your tank and you are the dps. it has to be that way if you are gonig to grind exp for a while.
My Main is a 60 hunter with 8/8 Dragon Stalker so I have good experiences with a hunter.
