Hey,

I started with a mage then changed to a hunter then to a warlock, now im onto my paladin! (all high lvls except paladin)

Anyway, I'm making a commitment with my paladin and my focus in WoW is to PvP. Are there any builds that are good for killing your enemy quite quickly?

thanks in advance, joosh!!!

I have had a 60 pally for about a year now, and i have redone my talents so many times that i am sure i must have spent over 1000 gold already just on talents, if not more. I love to PVP, but at the same time i love playing solo and i also love playing healer / tank ( altho not so much tank ). Mostly i just PVP tho.

My current build below is the one i recommend to anyone that is looking for the ultimate Damage Dealer Machine !

You cannot go wrong with that build, try it out, when you play use devotion aura, blessing of kings and seal of command, and you will take down anything, dominate any PVP fight and be supreme ruler in dungeons or the Battlegrounds. With multiple mobs of horde on your !@#$%^&*, use consecration, works well on stealthed rogues too.

I have carefully worked out that the build above is the ultimate perfect build for any pally to be a Mean machine. it is not a build for tanking, neither for healing, but you should never lose a fight with that build. do not change anything, each point is there for a reason, if i did not put 5 points into a certain talent, then i did it for a reason and you just have to trust that a years experience is what makes me right in that descission.

enjoy, i have 5 lvl 60's and i love them all, but my pally is my pally and still my favorite of the lot.

I looked at the build and its really good but my (personal) preferance is these changes:
 2 from Pursuit of justice -> Vindication + Improved Judgement (PoJ can be replaced by the Leage of Arathor boots (ones that make you run faster) and an enchantment)
 5 from divine intellect -> Spiritual Focus (Little interruption)

Are they good???

i would not recommend those changes, firstly, a paladin is a slow mover, a big problem with PVP is everyone runs away from you, therefore every little bit of speed helps. 8% increase in speed is really a must in pvp and really, to waste points on improved judgement is really stupid, judgement time has been increased so much that the effect will in most casses not even wear off before the fight is over, meaning you will most probly only need to judge once in a fight.

2. most of the time when you heal yourself in PVP you will cast shield first, and for this reason you will not need spiritual focus, it is not a must have, spiritual focus only lowers chance to not interupt by 70%, which is one out of 3 times it is used, shield then heal works better. Devine intellect is a must, at lvl 60 you should have around 4500+ mana, with devine intellect you get an extra 450 mana, that is a few extra heals, seals or consecration casts, it is a must have. Not to mention you will spend half the fight debuffing yourself and you burn mana like crazy doing this. A paladin without mana is basicly a dead paladin, only thing that can save you when you dry on mana is lay on hands, and because of the long cooldown i try and avoid using it unless i must.

trust me, i have played with the talents over and over and over again, i have played as a tank with my prot talents filled, played as holy, played as holy / prot, played as holy / retribution, and this build is by far the best.

Wanna know how to test your build out to know if you have the right combination ?

Go to Tyr'es Hand. The mobs there are lvl 53 - 59 elites. They are not ordinary elites, they constantly heal themselves from almost no health to almost full, and they also cast arcane spells and they constantly judge you with spells, you burn half your mana to simply debuffing yourself. They are extremely hard for a paladin to kill, you hit the bastard down to almost nothing and he just heals himself back to almost full health. Stun won't work because you stun one and his buddy next to him just heals his friend to almost full health. I have found that with this build these guys are a walk in the park, i come out there with more health and mana than any other build, they are also perfect to practise on, you spend a few weeks in that place and you will learn quick how to play your class. Not to mention a nice lot of greens, loads of runecloth, few blues and hopefully an epic. great farming spot.

mind you, if you do not have descent gear these guys will eat you for breakfast, no matter how good you are.

Alot of paladin's at level 60 prefer to play as a healer, rather than a damage dealer. If this is the case for you then i recommend the build below. As you will see i put NO talents into the prot tree, mainly because if you are a healer in a group, you should not be taking damage and thus will not require the extra armor. I have however put some talents into the Retribution tree so that if you solo you can still do some considerable damage and not just stand there and heal yourself to death. When i played as a healer i used this build and it worked very well.

I however prefer the damage dealer build, all i do when i need to play healer is put on my healing gear "armor, trinkets, rings etc ... " they all buff up my mana alot and allow me to do loads of healing while still being a damage dealer, therfore i do not recommend the build above, rather take the build i posted in my previous post and get yourself some descent "healing" gear for when the occasion calls for it.

Thanks, I see your point (but the movement increase doesnt stack with other stuff and I prefer heal in and outside of the bubble (bubblecooldown)). Besides that your first build is probably the perfect build for me!!!

Also what weapon r using? (and how did u get it?)
As well as, is your armor a big thing in this build or not (what armour speccs?)

Thanks again!
