1) Go into windowed mode.
2) Find the auto-walk key and use it.
3) Find the wow window and right click on it.
4) Return to the game.

that is a very neat idea, i cant test it at the moment, but i see what you mean
just go into windowed mode and hit auto run
while your running right click on wow so one of the windows dialogs comes up, while its waiting for you to click one of the menu items your still running in game without agro'ing mobs or anything

Change it to windowed mode.
Press the auto walk key. (Usually num lock I think)
Right click on the wow window.
The screen will be frozen until you click back in but for some weird reason you'll move forward and not draw aggro.
I'm moving this to confirmed right now.

interesting. I wonder if this could be used in an instance. be a bit tricky, but with some practice...

yeah it works in an instance, i was trying to hand in my ubrs key with this method, it it will keep running along walls at an angle so given enough time you can get around corners almost, its hard to know when to come out of it though with pats around

Well if you dont draw aggro, that means you technically don't actually walk near the mobs. I think from a server prospective this would look like teleporting.. since you start at spot X, <move while window is "frozen">, and end up at spot Y (when you let go of the right mouse button), with no "walking" inbetween X and Y. I have no idea if this is true or not.. but one way to test this would be: Have a friend come to you, and use this method to go a distance to where your friend will still be able to see you. If you just "appear" in the final destination spot with no walking inbetween then im sure GM's would consider this teleporting.
But all in all, great find! This was very interesting to try.

this is like people saying how to get past mobs is by pulling your internet plug. basicly the same thing but does not involve disconnecting it.
