Its virus. Norton Antivirus shows it as Hacktool.WPE virus.

go download wpe from their website if you are afraid. Its a fairly common item.

I don't understand how you get this to work... When i go to target program, wow won't even show up. Then it asks for an IP address when u try to send the packets? also it says continuously or 1 time? What are the exact settings to use?

Tault_admin (!empty($user->lang['WROTE'])) ? $user->lang['WROTE'] : ucwords(strtolower(str_replace('_', ' ', 'WROTE'))): Go read up on wpe on their website lots for you to learn  Only problem is, after searching their forums, you will find 5-6 posts about not finding wow on the target program list. So it appears no matter how much you learn from the website, noone can find a fix for this. As a suggestion, why not just give us the solution.

Im not a master of wpe i used it once back in the day. There is a reason this area of our site is free we arent fully supporting it but still allowing it for members. Now as for wpe your best bet would be to go here.
