Ok, to get WPE to display WoW.exe, cloe WPEpro and right click it, click run as, login as administrator. If that dont work. do this to exploit your system and make you run as the system.
Start > Run > CMD.exe
Type in "at (1 minuet past your computers time) /interactive cmd.exe"
Close CMD.exe
Wait until the 1 minuet passes bye, CMD will open again.
Open task manager (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) find explorer.exe and force close it, now in the new CMD window type in explorer.exe
Let it start up, and you are now logged in as SYSTEM (highest authority on your computer) and run WPE Pro, WPE pro will now be run as a system process and will have full acess to read WoW.exe
And lastly, after trying this many times and doing alot of research on it it seems they do no longer work. Its been nerfed on all the pservers ive tried. To bad i missed this...
