Riftstalker Teleporation Cheat : Rift - Cheats And Exploits

Here is an exploit that will allow players to abuse the riftstalker abilities to teleport around the game world.

I honestly hope you'll never fix the bug that makes the player using Rifstalker Plane Shift abilities fall through the textures. It's so convenient and allows to quickly teleport back to town as soon you've done questing/gathering/whatever in the field and your Soul Recall is on cooldown.

Are more step by step guide would be appreciated if anyone can add it.
