It looks like the quest has been disabled. Reports from people saying they are unable to accept the quest. The !, no longer appears on the NPC.
I am going to check this out myself.

We just took 4 toons from 12 to 50 from friday night to about a hour ago when they dinged. We did figure out why people report that they cant see the quest or pick it up. People go in there as a raid setup and it breaks that quest for some reason.
You will have to redo it in group setup and not in the raid setup if your healer has to have it to raid to do this he will be bitter to find out it wont work out for you. You have to be in the group make up window and not switched it to raid.
We cleared this 3 times and it was broken and each time in raid.
We then got the smart idea and tried it in group and it worked just fine our healer just had to suffer wit hit.

That was supposed to be. They are supposed to make these mobs not drop anything and give no XP after 1.2 is out.

Yeah i think so.... otherwise i dont see the point of changing the XP/drop of these mobs.
