Here is a nice video showing you how you can bug yourself on top of the meridian castle in the game. Trion has said though they know about this and might punish your account for doing this.

This isn't a bug, I go the same way when I got to the Meridian Cairn and I have got stuck twice on the roof and got GMs to unstick me and they have never said anything to me.

This is not a bug, there is a cairn up at the top of the mountains, to include a couple NPCs for the saga quest I believe.

I believe you are suppose to get up there but this is a way they didnt intend on people doing.
